Day Trip to Providence Canyon

A few weeks ago my husband and I took a day trip down to providence canyon. It’s hard to believe that big hole in the ground formed from farmers who caused erosion. It’s not the Grand Canyon but it’s a nice site to visit. The walls are extremely soft so you can’t climb it. But you can walk through the canyon floor and there’s a nice trail around the outer perimeter. Here’s a few photos that I took while there.

Carefree, Az

Carefree, AZ. What a place to visit. I just got back from a wedding photography convention and wanted to share a few highlights from the trip. We had hotel suites with incredible views of the  mountains. And with 2 roommates, whom I’ve never met before, the rate was just as great. The weather was perfect and the seminars were insightful. The last few photos were of different photographers who participated in a shoot swap. They are Cindy & Daniel of Orange Turtle Photography in San Diego; Ryan Brenizer from New York and Rob and Lauren from Alberta, Canada.  We took turns photographing each other for 5-10 minutes. Talk about a challenge, it generally takes me 10-15 minutes to warm up, which is why there are a few more photos of the last couple.
